I offer a free, no-obligation sample session where we can determine whether we’d be a good match to work together.  In this session, usually an hour long, we can discuss any previous experience you have of being coached, and then I’ll coach you on a topic that you bring.

If you decide to hire me as your coach, I request a three-month minimum commitment, with an initial 90-minute discovery/intake session to clarify your goals, values, and more of what you want to achieve from coaching – both who you want to be and do more of.  We will then meet twice a month, for 60-minute sessions over the phone or Skype.

We will frequently check in and review how things are going to ensure we are on track to helping you achieve your goals.
