Who is Coaching For?

You may be asking yourself this question!

Coaching is really for anyone who wants to make change happen in her/his life.  If you’ve had any of the below thoughts, then you would probably benefit from having a coach.  I can help you get clarity and confidence and fun out of going for your goals.  I love working with people who are compelled to pursue their dreams and not settle for less than what they truly want, and whose goals have a broader impact toward improving their teams, workplaces, communities, and beyond.

Between work and home, I have no time for myself or the relationships that matter most to me.

I know there’s something else that I could be doing in my career to get more meaning, but I just don’t know what it is, or how to get there.

I want to feel more healthy and more energised on a regular basis.

I’d like to apply for that job, but I doubt that it would give me the flexibility I need to juggle work and home.  

I want more strength and confidence in communicating.

I want to be a better, more effective leader (partner/parent/entrepreneur, etc!). 

I’d love to have more fun in life, but there’s too much pressure to let fun come into the equation.

In a few weeks, when I have more time, I’ll focus on myself.

Many of us put up with situations because it can feel easier not to rock the boat, so we stick with what we know, the status quo.  By not identifying and following your dreams with hot pursuit, you risk missing out on the chance to live your one precious life in the way you want to.  At the end of a day, what do you want to look back on and be proud of? Remember that there are seven days in the week, and “some day” is not one of them.  Live your life to its fullest, now.
