So what’s brought you here today?  What are you hoping for out of working with a coach?

My clients often say things like:

-       I’d love more free time to rest and just be

-       I want to be more able to ask people for help so that I’m not always the one with all the plates spinning

-       I want to feel more confident in myself…to speak in a meeting, to ask for work that’s more exciting, to shed the self-doubt that is a constant companion in times of change

-       I’d like to know how to stand up for myself and not get so overwhelmed by the demands and needs of everyone else

-       I want to have some “me time” without feeling guilty!

And your answer will be uniquely about you, because you’re an individual and my coaching work will be all about you and circumstances. As for me…

Work-life balance coaching is what I love most. Helping people get a better balance in life, with the right amount of time for rest, fun, work, and relationships - it’s my passion.

What does balance look like you to?

How can you make choices that move you toward a healthier balance, rather than feeling off-balance, strung out, exhausted, and lacking energy to spend on the things that are most important to you?

The main thing I’ve learned in my own development journey is that we’re not meant to figure everything out on our own.

Imagine what it would be like to have support to plan and take action to improve your work-life balance…

…to saying no to working extra hours so that you can put your own health and wellbeing first…

…to closing out the end of every day with a sense of control, clear that you were focused and prioritised the most important things in the day…

…to saying yes to yourself so that you don’t end each week in a place that you’re so exhausted you can’t enjoy the weekend…

I say all this from a place of experience. I've been there. And while it was the hardest teaching lesson in my life, I’m now on the other side and would love to help you make a change. It is possible - but will be harder and take longer if you just keep doing what you’ve been doing.
