Are you ready to live a full and whole life?
Your Way to Balance
Break free from over-giving, over-stretching and over-doing, to have more balance, ease, and joy
Are you juggling lots of important roles in life?
Do you look outwardly successful and like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're exhausted and overwhelmed with all there is to do?
Do you take on too much and then struggle to figure out how you'll do it all?
Is saying "no" hard for you?
Would you like to enjoy your work and switch off at the end of the day without feeling guilty or worried that you've not done enough?
Want to feel less frustrated, scattered, overstretched, busy, and frazzled?
Do you want to feel that there's enough time for all that matters to you?
I get it!
I know how hard those struggles are because they're ones I've experienced myself.
I've felt the weight of the Superwoman cape and the isolation that goes with feeling I could never do or be enough in my career and family.
Modern life is hard enough without the extra pressure to have a perfect balance!
The good news is…
There is no one-size-fits-all perfect balance.
There's only the balance that helps your life feel better - so that you have more focus, more energy,
more calm, more creativity...or whatever it is that you want more or less of.
And that's what we can work on together.
Hi, I’m Meg
All my life, I've been fascinated by how people continually grow and evolve.
I'm an American who has called the UK home now for 20+ years.
I value compassion, curiosity, and fun - and will bring that to our work together.
I care about balance because I care about people thriving in life. It's hard to thrive when you're overwhelmed, exhausted, and putting everyone's needs first. I know this the hard way, having experienced it myself.
Being a busy manager of a global team, while trying to be a great mother to two young kids, left me feeling stuck in the hamster wheel of "work, sleep, repeat". And I knew there had to be a better way...!
It's hard to break free from the societal and cultural pressure to work harder and be "always on" - but it's even harder to do it alone.
My goal is to help you to increase your self-awareness to be at choice, in order to live more fully.
In my coaching career, I've…
Done over 1400 hours of 1:1 coaching
Gained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status from the International Coach Federation
Worked with 100s of corporate clients on topics including balance, leadership, and confidence.
And I've continually invested in my own learning and development to grow as a coach to best support my clients.

What you'll get
We’ll start with five 1:1 60-minute coaching calls over Zoom, every 2 weeks. This gives you the initial space and time for yourself to consider the areas you want to focus on, apply what you’re learning, put it into action, and see the results
A cheerleader to celebrate your wins along the way - taking a lunch break, having a date night, saying no - which will boost your confidence
Reflective activities and resources to support your shifts in mindset
Practical prompts from me to take action or help when you get stuck
Accountability and support to help you create good habits and keep you on track
Your investment in yourself
5 sessions: £150 per session
I recommend you start with five sessions, once every 2 weeks, for us to identify which areas will help you move toward the balance, ease, and clarity you want in your life. You will identify and make small changes - baby steps of progress - while also exploring your mindset and beliefs.
After the 5 sessions, you can continue on a per-session basis to have ongoing reflection and support to embed and sustain your progress.
Each session is one hour, and you can pay per session or upfront if you prefer.

If you have supportive friends and family, amazing - by all means, enlist them to support you as you work toward more balance in your life. Someone objective like a coach can often offer perspectives that people close to the situation might not see. Usually our friends, loved ones, and family members are not able to be as objective or provide the same type of supportive challenge that a coach can.

One of the challenges that many overwhelmed women face is that they’re already trying to do too much on their own - and that’s part of the problem! I had to learn the hard way that being independent is a wonderful attribute, and as people, we benefit from giving AND receiving support. If you are interested in having an encouraging, supportive accountability partner in this process, I feel certain it will be easier and more sustainable for you to make progress.

To begin, you’ll complete a pre-coaching questionnaire as reflection which will help inform where we start in our coaching. We’ll meet on Zoom for a 60-minute coaching call, once every 2 weeks, for 5 sessions. When we begin working together, you’ll determine your goals for what success would look like for you in our work together. While I have a fairly non-directive style and will ask you lots of questions, I have a huge range of tools and activities that can support your reflection and taking action. I’ll often choose an exercise or activity and explore how this relates to your balance. After the 5 sessions, I can continue to support you in further sessions to embed and sustain the changes you have made.

Once you identify your particular hopes and goals for your balance, we will then work out together what you would like to practise or apply in the week between sessions. I won’t force you to do anything but together we may come up with small missions or experiments for you to try that week - things like booking an evening out to do something you’d like to do, scheduling an activity so that you have a cut-off time on when to stop working, or practising asking for help in a low-stakes situation.
It’s similar to the idea of going to a gym and wanting to build a muscle - we’ll start small and make progress over time, without doing too much, too soon!

I’m based in the UK and coach on Zoom between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday-Friday UK time. I’ve had clients in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the US. For your coaching calls, you want to make sure you’re in an undisturbed space where you can talk openly.

What others have said
Financial Services Manager and Mother
“Meg was excellent at helping me dig deep to find the answers within. I got real clarity and overcame some fear of change that was standing in my way.”
“I am able to have better and healthier perspective, am more self compassionate, better able to identify my own goals, what truly matters, and how to get there. I am more assertive and have more self belief when it comes to my own abilities. I trust myself more, am clearer on what to go after and how to after it in terms of behaviours I want to display more of: why I think they are the right ones for me and why I think they will help me grow and develop my confidence and assertiveness. I have also identified some actionable next steps.”
“I needed some very practical support and Meg not only gave me this but brought me back to my bigger intent and reminded me of my progress. I feel supported, heard, respected, with an open mind of what’s possible.”
